1. Where is it going and how will it get there?
This simple question can cause a nightmare if ignored because you not only need to measure the area where the machine will be used, but also be sure to measure the doorways of any path the machine will need to get from the delivery area (dock, driveway, parking lot) to it's new destination (break room, customer lounge, etc..)
2. Who & how many will be using it?
The machine needed for 20 employees is not the same as one needed for 60 employees. How many will have access to it, and will they mostly be employees or customers? Will they have access 8 hours a day or 24 hours?

3. What will it need to sell now and in future?
If you order a machine today for something very specific, will that same machine still work as you realize people don't necessarily eat what they request in the first place. How many chip & snack selections do you need? Are coils easy to get if you need to change the configuration? Are you going to vending products other than food, such as ear plugs, safety glasses, tools, etc... Send us samples to test before you find something doesn't fit or gets jammed easily.
4. What prices will the items be?
Most snack vending machines can handle item prices up to $99.95, but the type of coin & bill system used is different for a machine of $1.50 items than a machine for $6 items. Different systems have different capacities & capabilities. You don't want to run out of change; so make sure to let us know your price points so we can help find the perfect balance.
5. What payment methods will customers need?
Credit cards are becoming more common than cash these days; so, make sure your particular clients are able to purchase every time they are ready! Employees who see the machines every day know to come prepared, but clients often won't have change and love the convenience of plastic. Accepting credit cards is easy; just ask us how.
6. What tools will be needed for delivery & installation?
Life is so much easier when we prepare! That's 10x's the case when it comes to receiving a 700lb vending machine! Do you have steps or curbs? Do you have a pallet jack? Don't kill someone with a regular hand dolly! Do you have a dock or need a liftgate to get it down from the truck? Using 4 guys is Not a good idea!!! Be prepared, let our friendly reps know every obstacle at delivery so the freight company is prepared for a quick and easy delivery.
7. Who will be refilling the products?
Replenishing the snacks, chips, cookies, etc... is an easy job when you hand it off to someone else... lol - so make sure they are prepared. We can get online with the lucky person and show them how to fill the machine, retrieve the money, reset the currency system, check the vend totals & reset the counters so you can log what's going in and out of the machine.
